Apple sued for its Mega iPhone Price Cut
It was speculated since long that the iPhone price cut will soon attract a Lawsuit and here it comes. A New York based iPhone customer Dongmei Li, has sued iPhone for around $1million for the mega $200 price cut on the iPhone. Although Apple reimbursed $200 to all iPhone buyers who bought the iPhone within 14 days before the price cut and $100 for ther early iPhone buyers, Li wasn’t amused.
She claims that she wont be able to sell her iPhone “for the same profit as later purchasers”. No matter what happens to this claim the next lawsuit against Apple surely going to be for the iPhone Update version 1.1.1.

This was just very necessary.. At least now companies will either launch products at minimum profit prices or.. will think twice before price cuts..
Well well, Apple did offer a 100$ apology to all early iPhone buyers .. but the Premium TAG which the iPhone carried is not diminished !!
