Rakindo to invest $1.5-billion integrated township in Tamilnadu

Real estate developer Rakindo Developers has unveiled its plan to build a integrated township at Coimbatore at a cost of  $1.5 billion. The project is developed on an area of 1,000 acres with a full fledged golf course.

Rakindo Developers MD Prasad Koneru  said that “We are a master developer, who believe in the concept of optimum utilisation of land rather than looking at per sq ft utilisation,ultimately, we do not want to create a ghost town as our objective is to creatively service people.”

Rakindo is committed to invest $ 5 billion in India over the next five years It has several projects in the pipeline. The project include 500 plus acre project at Hosur, 1,000 acre at Gurgaon, 450 acre at Cochin, 250 acre in Trichy and 500 acre in Madurai.

  1. We are planing to build a township nearer to panankulam railway station it nearly 25 Km from Tirunelveli.After the complitation of 4way express way the travalling time is 20 mins to tirunelveli town.We are offering 1000Sq feet house in 3 cents land.
